Their credibility has seriously tanked since they had the change of command over there. I'm sure there was operator error of some sort involved but the drunken employee theory is stretching it I think. Case in point, at MMI in our older data center in Torrance the entire facility went black one time because one of the security guards leaned back against the master power cutoff switch once.
