The Internet has hit a new low

So I just had someone try to attempt a Nigerian 419 scam on me today…on Yahoo Messenger.

That’s right, this idiot was trying to pull off a scam over INSTANT MESSENGER where the scammer has to pull off sounding like they are a lawyer or barrister or some kind of legal representative.

Of course, this is afucking brilliant strategy when you consider how many of us get contacted via our personal Im client accounts EVERY DAY by random lawyers. Below is the log of the conversation I had with the dumbest scammer alive:

This is very simple. If you were a real barrister, attorney at law or legal representative you would send a registered letter via postal mail in addition to contacting me via regular channels like by phone. Even then I would require to see certified notarized paperwork before considering what you say to be real. Good day and goodbye, I have finals to worry about.

No, you wont be because your not a real barrister and there is no estate in my name be-quested to me by some long lost relative in Africa. Nor is there any real paperwork for you to show me because you are a scammer plain and simple. I suggest you dont contact me again or I will call my friends at the FBI and inform them that your IP address is the origin of a Nigeria 419 scam perpetrator. Now go annoy someone stupid.
