So, after talking with other people in the media and press here is the deal with those 2 APC’s I posted about earlier today.

Apparently, they were most likely units that had been called into use to deal with the Mexican General Consul affair that had gone on yesterday morning and it turns out the National Guard vehicle yard is not that far from the Federal Building on Wilshire near the VA Hospital.

So I don’t think we have to worry about Posse Comitatus issues thankfully.

However, whatever commander thought it a good idea to drive by the front of the damn Federal building when a protest was going on has to be rather slow in the head.
